Each session will encompass the art of open-hearted conversation and will be tailored to you, with open space for exploring who you want to become. However, no professional psychological advice, fixing, or solutions will be provided in the way that therapy or life-coaching sessions do.

We find deep value in the presence of honesty and visibility with someone with a regulated nervous system, who can be truly present and safe within themselves first.

We offer 1-1 conversations (Open Hearted Conversations) and we will soon be launching small group circles (Remembrance Circles) with a guided conversation topic accompanying the session.
