How does this differ from life coaching/therapy?

Each session encompasses the art of open hearted conversation and will be tailored to you with open space exploring who you want to become. However, no advice, fixing or solutions will be provided the way that therapy or life-coaching sessions do.

We find deep value in the presence of honesty and visibility with someone with a regulated nervous system, who can be truly present and safe within themselves first.

What services do you offer?

We offer 1-1 conversations (Open Hearted Conversations) and we will soon be launching small group circles (Remembrance Circles) with a guided conversation topic accompanying the session.

What makes you different?

We offer sessions based on the art of conversation and opening our heart to each other. A service that’s objective is not to gain anything other the experience in which you create with another. As a very fast moving society, we tend to forget that what is missing is the interdependence of community and a conversation that truly matters. An open heart can change your life.
